The all-over lace recreates Battenburg lace, a decorative technique from the late 19th century, constructed by basting woven tapes onto fabric and joining them with ornamental needle stitches. The silhouette is a straight, narrow pencil skirt with a low-calf length. Finished with a fixed waist trimmed in decorative crochet lace and an invisible side zipper. Comes with a separate slip.
